Print Photos are physical photographs that have been developed and printed on photographic paper, commonly kept in albums, frames, or photo boxes.
  1. You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to organize, label, and ship your photos to us. If you ordered a shipping label, it will be included in the email along with directions for dropping off at a FedEx location.
  2. We’ll digitize your photos. You’ll receive another email once we’ve finished processing, which typically takes about 2-3 weeks from when your order is received.
  3. Finally, you’ll get an email from us when your photos are shipped back to you, including shipment tracking information. You’ll also receive a separate email with cloud access to view your photos online. If you ordered a USB or DVD, those will be included in the shipment as well.

Many people ask how we digitize print photos. The short answer is that we use a semi-automated process with professional, industrial-grade equipment—not something you can easily replicate with a device or software at home. This ensures high-quality results and allows us to handle even large orders on time.

  • Print photos: 2” x 2” up to 8” x 12” (we cannot accept sheets)
  • Slides: 35 mm and Super 35 mm, 110/220, 126, 127, 127 Superslide (cardboard or plastic mounts only)
  • Negatives: 35mm, APS film, 110 film, 110/220 film, 126 Instamatic film, large negatives 

You will receive 12-megapixel JPEG files for each photo (smaller slide formats may be scanned at lower megapixels).

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the outcome of your order, we will happily reprocess it for you at no cost, within 60 days.

Pricing is based on the number of items successfully processed. 

Prices for digitizing your photo prints, negatives, or slides start at $29.98 for the first 50 items and just $0.50 for each additional one.

We won't charge you for unsuccessful scans.

Get a USB Combo Drive of your entire order for just $16.49, and there's no need to purchase additional USBs for more content like photo prints or videotapes unless you want extra copies. View your content on any desktop or mobile device.

Our DVDs are priced at $7.49 per transfer per type (photos, negatives, slides), regardless of the number of images. To get additional copies for sharing, simply add multiple DVD orders above.

After we assess your items, you will review an invoice. Once you approve it, we'll begin digitizing your memories. Within 4 weeks, you'll receive high-quality digital versions of your slides along with your originals.

All orders include a Digital Download in MemoryCloud, which is best suited for viewing on computers, smartphones, or iPads/tablets, providing easy access without the need for physical media.

You then have the option to add on a physical output:

  • USBs: Perfect for physical backup, versatile gifting, and compatibility with devices like computers, laptops, and smart TVs.
  • DVDs: Ideal for traditional gifts, particularly for recipients with DVD players or game consoles.

After digitization, we'll send you a final invoice detailing the total cost. Upon payment, you'll receive access to your digital memories. Your original items will be shipped back to you with care, completing the preservation of your treasured moments. If you decide to not go through with your transfer after receiving the invoice we will ship your memories back to you and the transaction will be complete.
