What is in a Time Capsule Digitizing Kit?
Our Time Capsule Digitizing Kit includes all the instructions and supplies you need to pack and ship your legacy media.
Media Tracking Barcodes
Our kit has media tracking barcodes for included and additional items, upgrade labels to add a USB Combo Drive, DVD, or Digital Copy, and a unique code to activate the Time Capsule.
Packing/Shipping Supplies
To help with packing and shipping, our kit comes with a padded media bag, tape strips, and a prepaid UPS shipping label.

What is considered an item for a Time Capsule?
Don't sweat being super precise, it’s our job to make sure we only charge you for what you sent. Simply provide us with an estimate of the amount of media you have, choose the appropriate size, and we will take care of the rest! If you find more items while packing, just add them to the Time Capsule when you send it back to us.

The Time Capsule creates digital replicas of your memories originally captured on older media formats. You choose which memories you want to send and your preferred output: USB Flash Drive, DVD, or Digital Copy. You receive digital replicas, without manual editing or artificial enhancements.
You may add items for an additional charge as indicated on the barcode stickers. Simply label each extra item with an Additional item barcode sticker, and we’ll invoice you when we receive your Time Capsule.
You’re welcome to add additional home movies and photos to your Time Capsule by using the Additional Item barcodes included with your box. We will send you an invoice for the additional items when we receive your Time Capsule.
I never received my Time Capsule. What should I do?

Can I get a refund?We’re sorry, but Time Capsules purchased through The Today Show are non-refundable. If you no longer need yours, they make a great gift for someone looking to preserve their memories!
