Head to https://costconext.com/brand/capture and click "Visit Capture®" to get started. You will need to sign in using your Costco membership credentials.

Select the type of media you need digitized, and then fill out your order form.
Pack everything you need digitized and ship it to us. Affix the included FedEx prepaid label, and drop off at your nearest FedEx location.
You will receive personalized updates when we digitize every item with care. Once we finish digitizing your memories, we will notify you via email and send back your memories.

When transferring your videotapes, the conversion time will depend on the length of the tape itself because VHS tapes are converted at their playback speed. On average, videotapes have 90 minutes of footage. So for most tapes, it takes about 90 minutes to convert to digital. No matter the amount of footage or the number of tapes, Capture’s average processing time is about 3 weeks from the time you place your media in the mail to the moment it is back on your doorstep.
