We had some 35mm, slides, 8 and 16mm movies from my parent's time with no idea what was on them. We put together a sample of films and sent them in not knowing how it was going to turn out. We just got them back and are working our way through them. We're happy that we used Capture; we've more to be processed and are thankful that we've done it!

I was skeptical but it turned out great. Great customer service, quick turnaround, excellent results. Pictures digitized are better than the prints! We had questions before shipping and the person we spoke with was very helpful. Will definitely use them again.

Reproducing quality was not very good and I don’t know what happened to a damaged tape.
I sent in a very old VHS tape that had been stored in a damp basement, there was some visible mold on it. Capture was able to digitize it and the quality was much better than I had expected.
You did an excellent job especially what you had to work with. I know the DVD wasn't clear enough, and the copies showed that. I forgot I had the VHS. That is what was used years ago to transfer from a reel to reel 8 mil. film. I wanted to preserve it. Thank you though, I appreciate what you did with what you had to work with. I still may send the VHS to see is we can get a better quality on a DVD. Carmen.

Excellent customer interface , speedy responses and easy to follow instructions. My over 400 photos were 50 -70 years old and about 50 slides of the African faces were digitized too dark to be useful or keep, so I was disappointed with the resolution and darkness of those digital reproductions.
