Pricing for Digital Scanning
Pricing is based on the length of digital video and digital images, so you only pay for the content we successfully transfer.
In case the final number of converted items is different from the original order, we will send you an email to inform you of any necessary refunds or additional charges.
We charge $29.99 for every 90 minutes of content.
If you have images on your digital devices, we calculate pricing based on the 7-second rule per photo.
Select the number of devices you want to convert if unsure of the number of digital images or length of video.
We'll send an email to inform you of any refunds or additional charges if there are discrepancies between the original and final order.
Get a USB copy of your entire order for just $14.99, and there's no need to purchase additional USBs for more content like photo prints, film, or videotapes unless you want extra copies.
Our DVDs are priced at $6.99 per disc per device, and can hold up to 90 minutes of digital video or 771 digital images.
The total cost for DVDs will depend on the total content you want to digitize.
To get additional copies for sharing, simply add multiple DVD orders above.

Once you’ve initiated the process with your order fee, we’ll guide you through shipping your items to us via email. Here's what you can expect:
- Packaging: Securely pack your items in a box. We recommend using bubble wrap or other protective packing materials for added safety.
- Shipping: We provide instructions on how to ship your package, ensuring it arrives safely at our digitization center.
- Receipt Confirmation: Upon receiving your items, we’ll send a confirmation email, signaling the start of the digitization process.
- Order Progress: We’ll keep you updated every step of the way after we receive your memories. You’ll receive periodic emails about your order so you can monitor their journey with us and back to you.
The $25 order fee is non-refundable as it covers the initial processing of your items. However, it's part of the total cost of digitization. If for any reason you decide not to proceed with the full service after your items are processed, this fee ensures that your items will be returned to you safely.
After digitization, we'll send you a final invoice detailing the total cost. Upon payment, you'll receive access to your digital memories. Your original items will be shipped back to you with care, completing the preservation of your treasured moments. If you decide to not go through with your transfer after receiving the invoice we will ship your memories back to you and the transaction will be complete.
We take the security of your memories very seriously. Our instructions include safe packing methods, and to use reliable shipping carriers with tracking services. For added peace of mind, we recommend choosing a shipping option with insurance.
